The Chenango County Sheriffs Office arrested 47-year-old Charity Rifenbark of Guilford, on 2 counts of endangering the Welfare of a Child and Disorderly Conduct.\u00a0 Rifenbark is accused of using obscene language and making obscene gestures in a public place and in the presence of children, which was injurious to their moral welfare.\u00a0 Rifenbark was processed at the Chenango County Sheriffs Office and arraigned in the Town of Guilford Court; she was released on her own recognizance and ordered to reappear before the Town of Guilford Court on January 22nd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The Chenango county sheriff\u2019s department arrested 48-year-old Richard Pollock of Norwich for 2nd<\/sup> degree Criminal Contempt.\u00a0 Pollock is accused of violating an order of protection signed by Norwich city court Judge Downey.\u00a0 Pollock was arraigned in the town of Norwich Court and was released on his own recognize, he will reappear in town of Norwich court at a later date.<\/p>\n
