State Police charged 42-year-old Sean Carlin of with criminal possession of marihuana, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and endangering the welfare of a child. Carlin was arrested after State Police executed a search warrant at his Windsor residence and seized approximately two pounds of processed marihuana; a quantity of marihuana wax; 23 marihuana plants, marihuana growing lights, & several weapons. Carlin was arraigned & was remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.

\nState Police from Oneonta arrested 41-year-old Kimberely Edwards of Otego for Aggravated DWI with a reportable BAC result of .22%. The arrest followed a vehicle stop for failing to keep right on Emmons Hill Road in Oneonta, Edwards was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Oneonta Court on January 27th.
