The New York Times is reporting today that assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver may be arrested today on corruption charges. Silver was under investigation for failing to report income for up to 10 years.

\nThe 3rd murder trial for Cal Harris will begin with Jury selection today in Schoharie County Court. Harris had 2 previous guilty pleas overturned on appeal & he is now being tried for the 3rd time for the September 2001 death of his estranged wife Michelle, her body has never been found. Last year, a judge granted a request to have the third trial moved out of Tioga County.
