\nDelaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 35 year old Lee McDonald of Walton for 1 count of Scheming to Defraud & 2 counts of Issuing a Bad Check. McDonald is accused of having engaged in a systematic, on-going course of conduct to intentionally defraud a number of area businesses with bad checks drawn on accounts of his businesses, Dam Broke Farm, LLC, and Blue Moon Construction & Electric, for more than $3,000. McDonald was arraigned in the Town of Walton Court and was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility on $6500 cash bail.
