The Chenango County Sheriff\u2019s Office is investigating the death of 50 year old Diana Theofilogiannakos of Sherburne, whose body was found at 6:45 Thursday Morning in the parking lot in Sherburne. The victim was taken to Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton where an autopsy was conducted, where the death was ruled as not a homicide; the cause of death is still pending toxicology testing. The Sheriff\u2019s Office is asking anyone with any information to call 334-2000.
