There will be an Awards ceremony, officer elections, lectures and field training for first responders from all over the state. The event will be held at the Desmond Hotel & Conference Center at 660 Albany Shaker Road, in Albany.

\nState Troopers arrested 42-year-old Michael Lynch of Unadilla for Aggravated DWI with a BAC result of .19%. The arrest occurred after a vehicle stop for failing to keep right on County Route 23 in Sidney, Lynch was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Sidney Court on August 28th.
