The Chenango county sheriff\u2019s department arrested 3 people on charges of 3rd<\/sup> degree Grand Larceny.\u00a0 Deputies arrested 36-year-old Christopher Palmiter of Greene, 21-year-old Kyle Brothers of Barker and 19-year-old Cody Brothers of Barker for stealing 4 portable toilets from an area business.\u00a0 Palmiter was arraigned in the Town of Greene Court and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail. Cody and Kyle Brothers were arraigned in the Town of Oxford Court and released on their own recognizance. Wilbur was charged following an investigation of stolen prescription pills, from a residence in the Town of Plymouth.
