State police announced that a body was recovered Friday from the Chenango River in the town of Chenango;\u00a0\u00a0 the body was positively identified through dental records as 57 year old Steven Moran of Greene, who had been missing from Chenango County since December.\u00a0\u00a0 The investigation failed to reveal any signs of foul play. Governor Cuomo announced that law enforcement agencies in 17 counties will receive a total of more than $13.2 million to reduce shootings and firearm-related homicides.
