State Police responded to the report of a robbery at the Mirabito Quickway in Otego early Thursday morning.\u00a0 29 year old\u00a0Ryan Kennedy\u00a0of Unadilla, is accused of entering the store armed with what appeared to be a black pistol and fled the store in a 2000 GMC pick up truck after stealing gasoline, cigarettes, beer, and snack items.\u00a0 State Police observed the pick up on State Route 205 in the town of Hartwick where Kennedy failed to comply and a pursuit was initiated and ended when the vehicle became disabled.\u00a0 Troopers discovered that the vehicle had been stolen from Unadilla; Kennedy was taken into custody and was charged with Robbery, Grand Larceny, Aggravated Felony DWI, and various traffic charges.\u00a0 Kennedy had a BAC of .19; he was arraigned & was remanded to Otsego County Jail.<\/p>\n
