The Chenango Sheriff\u2019s Office investigated a 1 car fatal crash on Hogsback Road, near County Road 32, in the Town of Greene early Sunday Morning.\u00a0 The Sheriff\u2019s Office 911 Center received a call reporting that a car struck a utility pole at about 2:00 AM, The driver, 22 year old Bradley Goodrich of Greene was airlifted by Guthrie Helicopter to Wilson Hospital in Johnson City for treatment of internal injuries.\u00a0 23-year-old Brandon Archer of Greene was pronounced dead at the scene due to massive internal injuries.\u00a0 Goodrich was intoxicated and will be charged with 2nd degree Vehicular Manslaughter & 2nd<\/sup> degree Manslaughter; he will be arraigned upon his release from the hospital.\u00a0 Further charges may be pending.<\/p>\n

The Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s department announced that 24-year-old Miguel Santiago of Stamford has been arrested for the second time in the past year for selling heroin.\u00a0\u00a0 Santiago was arrested on a Sealed Grand Jury Indictment Warrant issued Thursday afternoon charging him with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance & 1 count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, for allegedly selling heroin in the Village of Stamford twice this year.\u00a0 24-year-old Courtney Rossman was also arrested on Sealed Grand Jury Indictment Warrant issued Thursday afternoon charging her with 1 count of endangering the Welfare of a Child.\u00a0 Rossman was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, She was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable in the Town of Harpersfield Court at a later date.\u00a0 Santiago and Rossman were arraigned in Delaware County Court on Friday morning, Santiago was returned to jail without bail to await future court action.\u00a0 Rossman was released on her own recognizance to reappear in court at a later time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
