The Joint Landowners Coalition of New York will file its lawsuit against New York State today, The action seeks an Order: Compelling the DEC to finalize the environmental impact statement on hydrofracking, Determining that the DEC referral of the statement to the health department was arbitrary and capricious, & that Governor Cuomo is acting without jurisdiction by orchestrating the delay and interfering with the DEC\u2019s independent decision-making authority.\u00a0 The Coalition is represented by Mountain States Legal Foundation and Levene Gouldin & Thompson.<\/p>\n

Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies arrested 27-year-old Ashley Hoyt of Meridale on 1count of 2nd degree Aggravated Harassment for allegedly making numerous unwanted phone calls and text messages to another person.\u00a0\u00a0 Hoyt was issued a criminal summons ordering her appearance at the Town of Delhi Court on March 4th<\/p>\n
