The Chenango County Sheriffs department arrested 21-year-old Frank Thorne of Guilford for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.\u00a0\u00a0 Thorne is accused of throwing a glass bottle at the responding Deputy; he was arraigned in the Town of Norwich Court and was remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $500 cash bail.<\/p>\n

Delaware County Deputies arrested 37 year old Lisa Osborne of Hamden for Criminal possession of stolen property & False written statement.\u00a0 Osborne is accused of giving a false written statement during an investigation, and for possessing property stolen from a residence in Stamford.\u00a0 She was issued appearance tickets for Town of Hamden Court for February 10<\/span>th<\/sup>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n ————————————————<\/p>\n Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 24 year old Timothy Nodine of Hobart, for 2nd<\/sup> degree Burglary,\u00a0 Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Petty Larceny.\u00a0 He is accused of breaking into a Village of Stamford residence in December and stealing a television, a Playstation and other property.
