The Chenango County Sheriff’s Department arrested 33-year-old Timothy Heady of Norwich on an active bench warrant, for failure to appear in court on previous DWI charges. Heady was taken into custody without incident; he was taken to the Town of Columbus Court & remanded on $1,000 cash bail pending future court action.<\/p>\n
