Governor Cuomo has directed that flags on state government buildings be flown at \u00bd staff today in honor of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. In that attack, more than 2,400 Americans were killed, including 40 from New York State.\u00a0 Nearly 1.7 million New Yorkers served in World War II. \u00a0Flags on all state buildings are lowered today to half-staff in tribute to our state’s service members and those stationed in New York who are killed in action or die in a combat zone.<\/p>\n

State troopers from Oneonta arrested 58-year-old Charles Kleingardner <\/strong>of Unadilla for 3rd<\/sup> degree assault.\u00a0 Troopers responded to a reported dispute at a residence on Silman Cove Road in Milford, Kleingardner is accused of punching a relative in the eye causing an injury.\u00a0 Kleingardner was issued a ticket returnable to the Milford town court on December 17th<\/sup>. <\/p>\n ————————————<\/p>\n Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies arrested 36-year-old Travis Platt Jr of Delhi on a charge of 3rd<\/sup> degree Criminal Mischief.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Platt was arraigned in the Town of Walton Court & was remanded to Delaware County Correctional Facility on $500 cash bail and $1,000 bond.
