State voters tomorrow will be deciding on propositions on the ballot, including the proposal to add 7 casinos, mainly across the Southern Tier & Catskills and another key proposition calls for extending the mandatory retirement age for certain Judges to be increased to 80.<\/p>\n

Binghamton Police are investigating a homicide at 32 Mygatt Street, where a fire had been reported early this morning.\u00a0 Firefighters responded at around 6:00 AM for a \u00a0fire on the 2nd floor, Police were called to the scene after 1 person was found dead inside.\u00a0 The investigation is continuing.<\/p>\n
