Chenango County Sheriff\u2019s Detectives arrested a Town of Norwich couple for 1 Count each of 3rd degree Welfare Fraud and offering a False Instrument for filing.\u00a0 55 year old Gregory Huzinec & 52 year old Donna Huzinec are accused of illegally receiving over $13,000 in assistance from the department of social services that they were not entitled to, between 2008 & 2013.\u00a0 They face court action shortly.<\/p>\n
