The Chenango county sheriff\u2019s department arrested 34-year-old Hayes Cutting of Bainbridge on a Parole Warrant\u00a0& for Resisting Arrest.\u00a0\u00a0 Cutting was located in Bainbridge, & after deputies informed Him that he was being placed under arrest for\u00a0Parole Violation for a previous charge of 2nd<\/sup> degree Assault, he attempted to flee the scene on foot. Cutting was taken into custody a\u00a0short distance away and charged with Resisting arrest.
