The Delaware county department of public works announced that county route 23 in the town of Sidney would be closed to through traffic Monday to replace a culvert.\u00a0 The closure will be between Poplar hill Road and Dunshee Road, between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the detour will be river road to Crane Hill Road.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
