State Police in Oneonta are currently investigating a two-vehicle fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on State Route 23 and County Route 11, in the Town of Oneonta, at around 8:45 this morning.\u00a0 State Route 23 is closed in both directions.\u00a0 County Route 11 is closed just at the intersection.\u00a0 Local fire department personnel are assisting with traffic at the intersections.\u00a0 The investigation is ongoing and more information will be given when available.<\/p>\n

This Saturday will be Cullman Community day in Sidney at Keith Clark Park.\u00a0 Cullman Director Amy Williams told WCDO news of some of the events scheduled:<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A boil water order was issued for the Village of Unadilla Friday afternoon until Saturday night.\u00a0 Unadilla Mayor Dave Welch explains what the issue was & how it was handled:<\/p>\n

State Police at Greene arrested\u00a050-year-old Joey Burns of Greene for 4th<\/sup> degree Criminal Mischief & Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC result of .15 %.\u00a0\u00a0 The arrest resulted from a traffic accident at a residence on County Route 9 in Greene; Burns was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Greene Court on July 25th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Norwich & Sherburne firefighters successfully stopped a small fire at the Chobani yogurt company offices on Route 320 in the town of Norwich Monday.\u00a0 Fire investigators reported that the fire started from workers using cutting torches to remove old pipes, no injuries were reported and the fire was extinguished in less than 30 minutes.<\/p>\n
