The State DOT & the Otsego County Office of Emergency Services announced that 1 lane of eastbound travel is open on I-88 Between Exits 10 & 12 this afternoon. The work is continuing in that area and there is no timetable yet for re-opening the 2nd lane of I-88 Eastbound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

79 year old Stanley Suchy of Stamford pleaded guilty in Delaware County Court today to sexual crimes against minors. In November, Suchy was indicted on 3 counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, and 1 count of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child, he agreed to plead guilty to Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child, which includes a term of 10 years incarceration and 20 years of post-release supervision, registration as a sex offender as well as other fines and restrictions. Suchy admitted to multiple instances of sexual contact with a child under the age of 13 between 2010 & 2020.
