This conviction stems from a shooting on April 13, 2025, in Binghamton. Binghamton Police responded to a report of shots fired and learned that the victim had been transported to Wilson Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery and survived. Police determined that the victim had been following his ex-girlfriend in a vehicle when the 2 became involved in an argument, Lynch was in a nearby driveway &amp; fired multiple shots at the victim, striking him in the arm and chest. NEWS Wednesday 3-25-26<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otsego County Sheriff&#8217;s Office arrested 26 year old Anthony Lynn of Unadilla for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance &amp; Introducing Dangerous Contraband, following an investigation in to an inmate being in possession of a controlled substance in the Otsego County Correctional Facility. Investigation revealed that while being admitted to the correctional facility on unrelated charges, Lynn was in possession of cocaine, Lynn turned himself in to the Sheriff\u2019s Office, he was processed, was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>================================<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The State DEC announced another year of safe hunting, nearly 600,000 New Yorkers participate annually, The 2025 hunting season was the safest in New York\u2019s recorded history.
