Delaware County sheriff\u2019s Department Investigators arrested 31-year-old Sylvester Dorvil of Utica on a Sealed Indictment warrant handed down by a Delaware County Grand Jury. Dorvil is charged with 1 count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, following a 5-month investigation.\u00a0 Dorvil is accused of selling Heroin in the Village of Walton; he was arraigned in the Delaware County Court, and remanded to the Otsego County Correctional Facility where he is currently being held on other charges. He is scheduled to re-appear in Delaware County Court today for further proceedings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
