The Chenango County Sheriff\u2019s Office is investigating a fatal house fire Sunday night at 209 Joslyn Road in the Town of Guilford.\u00a0 The Chenango County Bureau of Fire reported that the fire appeared to be intentionally set, Rick Baker was located inside the residence, where he apparently set his trailer on fire and then shot himself.\u00a0 Baker\u00a0 died of smoke inhalation, according to the autopsy.<\/p>\n

State Police arrested\u00a063-year-old Alan Welch <\/b>\u00a0of Binghamton \u00a0for Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC result of 0.14%. The arrest resulted from a traffic stop on Colesville Road in the Town of Kirkwood, \u00a0Welch was processed and issued an Appearance Ticket for Town of Kirkwood Court on July 2nd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Chenango County sheriff\u2019s department arrested 35-year-old Stephen Dillenbeck of McDonough \u00a0for 2nd<\/sup> degree Harassment and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.\u00a0 Dillenbeck \u00a0was arrested following an investigation of a domestic dispute in the Town of McDonough, where he is alleged to have shoved and threatened to kill one victim in the presence of a child .\u00a0 Dillenbeck was arraigned in the Town of McDonough Court and remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $500 bail and $1,000 bond, he will \u00a0reappear in the Town of McDonough Court at a later date.<\/p>\n
