Chenango county officials report that 57-year-old Rick Baker\u00a0of Guilford died in the fire at 209 Joslyn Road, late Sunday night.\u00a0 Firefighters from Guilford & Oxford responded to the blaze in a trailer at around 11:40 Sunday night, fire investigators are still trying to determine what caused the fire, their investigation is continuing. No injuries among firefighters were reported.<\/p>\n

Assemblyman Cliff Crouch will be hosting a forum today on the New York SAFE Act at the Port Crane Fire Hall.\u00a0\u00a0 Broome County Sheriff David Harder & Broome County Clerk Richard Blythe will join Crouch at the forum, which will run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.<\/p>\n

State Police at Sidney arrested\u00a023 year old Joseph Sieger <\/b>of Bainbridge, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest resulted from a minor accident in the Hess parking lot in Unadilla,\u00a0\u00a0 Sieger was arraigned in the Town of Unadilla Court and remanded to the Otsego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return in court on July 8th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
