The Indictments accuse Lambrecht of Strangulation, 2nd degree Assault &amp; 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a minor, for allegedly choking a female victim, causing stupor, loss of consciousness or physical injury, during an attack on a female victim on November 3rd, also the act was likely to be injurious to the physical, mental, or moral welfare of 3 children. He faces 7 years in jail following by 3 year of Post Release Supervision on each of the Strangulation &amp; Assault charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Law Enforcement agencies across the region are investigating a potential missing person case involving SUNY Cobleskill student John Koscinski.
