State Senator Thomas Libous of Binghamton confirmed that the prostate cancer he\u2019s been battling has spread.\u00a0 Libous has been undergoing cancer treatment since 2009 and another round of chemotherapy is planned.\u00a0 Libous said he has Not Made a decision as to whether he\u2019ll seek another term next year.<\/p>\n

State troopers arrested\u00a027-year-old John Barbieri<\/b> of Los Angeles, California for Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .14%. The arrest resulted from a traffic stop in the Town of Chenango; Barbieri was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Chenango Court on July 10th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
