Several Area Fire companies responded to a fire this afternoon at 2050 State Route 206, in Masonville. The Fire was reported shortly before 1:00 PM & was fully engulfed when the first firefighters arrived. Fire Companies from Masonville, Sidney, Sidney Center, Bainbridge, Deposit, Trout Creek, Hancock, Walton, Unadilla & The Franklin FAST team were called in to the structure, which was located right near the intersection of 206 & State Route 8. 48 year old John Jaromack formerly of Franklin, in Delaware County Court Friday for 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Act. Jaromack engaged in 2 or more sexual acts with a child less than 11 years old, in the town of Franklin & at least one act with a child less than 13 years old, in the town of Franklin. The sentences will run consecutively so that Jaromack will be sentenced to a total of 10 years in state prison and 10 years of post-release supervision, he will also have to register as a sex offender after he is released from state prison.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 42 year old Leslie McClennon of Walton for Obstructing Governmental Administration. On August 16th, Deputies assisted State Police and the Walton Police Department in locating a male who had numerous Arrest Warrants issued for his arrest by multiple agencies. McClennon is accused of misleading Deputies & purposely interfering and obstructing their investigation, she is also accused of assisting the wanted male in fleeing law enforcement. McClennon was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Walton court at a later date.

Angell was last known to frequent the Front Street in the Village of Deposit. He is described as a White Male, 5’8”, 185 pounds with Blue Eyes & Brown Hair.
