61 year old Duane Gardepe of Masonville was indicted by a Delaware County Grand Jury for an alleged sexual assault on May 9th. Gardepe was charged with Attempted Rape, Kidnapping, Criminal Sexual Act, Sexual Abuse & Aggravated Sexual Abuse among several other related charges, he is accused of sexually assaulted the victim at gunpoint while refusing to allow her to leave his residence. Gardepe faces up to 25 years in state prison on each of the felonies and a mandatory post-release supervision period of up to 20 years.

42 year old Amy Kille of Walton appeared in Delaware County Court Monday, she had previously pled guilty to DWI & Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, on August 30, 2023, a Delaware County Deputy observed a vehicle repeatedly swerving, during the traffic stop the Deputy discovered that Kille’s license had been revoked for a prior DWI, her BAC was later determined to be .25%, more than 3 times the state’s legal limit. Kille was sentenced to a 5-year term of probation supervision subject to the successful completion of Adult Treatment Court, her license was revoked and she was ordered her to install an ignition interlock device in any vehicle she may eventually own or operate.

Binghamton Police arrested a 17-year-old for criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment, following a report of shots fired Monday, 1 victim was injured by gunfire, who was taken by police to an area hospital, he was treated & released.
