A new poll released by the Siena Research Institute found that New Yorkers support impeaching and removing President Donald Trump by a 55-38% margin, the poll also shows that Dividing New York into 2 states is opposed by 66% and supported by only 25%. The Poll also shows that Governor Cuomo has a 49-47% favorability rating; his job performance rating is 41% favorable, with 57% unfavorable.

Nobel Prize-winning professor M. Stanley Whittingham will be celebrated at the Binghamton University campus this Friday at 3:00 PM at the Osterhout Concert Theater at the Anderson Center. Whittingham and 2 others were awarded the Nobel Prize in chemistry last week for research that was instrumental in the development of the lithium-ion battery.

UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital received a pledge for their new emergency room and walk-in center from Golden Artist Colors this week. Officials from the paint manufacturer presented a ceremonial check in the amount of $30,000 to campaign leaders during a small ceremony at their Town of Columbus headquarters.
