33 Year Old Kevin Wilcox of Harpursville has been indicted on 15 counts in connection with an incident in Binghamton March 11th, where he lost control of his vehicle & struck 16 year old Harper Stantz & 19 year old Britney Laserinko, while allegedly impaired by drugs. Stantz died from the injuries sustained from the incident, Laserinko suffered multiple fractures, and Wilcox will be arraigned on the indictment in Broome county Court at a later date.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Department responded Wednesday afternoon to Otsiningo Park in the Town of Dickinson, for the report of an armed robbery. 18 year old Zackary Pound of Port Dickinson claimed he was held at gunpoint by unknown males and forced into a vehicle, it was determined that a robbery did not take place and the incident was actually an unsuccessful marijuana drug deal. Pound was charged with making a false written statement and processed at the Sheriff’s Office and released. He is to appear in the Town of Dickinson Court on a later date to answer the charge. The investigation is ongoing.
