Forensic Pathologist, Dr. James Terzian conducted an autopsy today on Tifanne Wells and ruled the manner of her death to be a homicide caused by two gunshot wounds.  Dr. Terzian conducted an autopsy on George Jones and ruled the manner of his death to be a suicide as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.   The autopsies were conducted at Lourdes Hospital, State Police stated that the investigation is continuing through interviews and forensic analysis to determine the circumstances that led to the fatalities. It is believed that the timing of the incident was late in the afternoon of Saturday March 7th, at the couple’s residence in the town of Oneonta.
