State Senator Jim Seward announced final legislative approval of a bill he sponsored establishing the Catskill Mountains Scenic Byway. The bill adds portions of State Routes 28, 42, and 214 in Delaware and Ulster counties to the New York State Scenic Byways System.

The Bassett Cancer Institute’s mobile screening coach, health screenings will be available in Oneonta today from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Southside Mall parking lot, Appointments are requested at 1-888-345-0225.
