The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office, State Police, State Forest Rangers, Norwich Police Department, and the New Berlin Police Department are continuing the investigation into the missing person’s complaint regarding 36 year old Jennifer Ramsaran of Sheff Rd in the Town of New Berlin. Police said that she was last seen leaving her residence on the morning of December 11th for a shopping trip to Syracuse, her cell phone was found on state route 23 in the town of Plymouth on December 12th, her Chrysler Minivan was found a few days later in Norwich. Law Enforcement agencies have established a command post at the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office after executing search warrants on the residence Monday, anyone with information can call 337-1992, and all calls will be kept confidential.

The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old Tyler Dodge of Norwich for 3rd degree Assault in the Town of New Berlin. Dodge was charged following an investigation by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office, where he is accused of grabbing a female victim during a Domestic Dispute & causing physical injury. Dodge was arraigned in the Town of New Berlin court and released on his own recognizance.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 30 year old Tiffany Ernst of Auburn on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Delhi Court. Ernst was remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $2,500 cash bail.
