The Bainbridge Chamber of Commerce will hold a “Reunite Bainbridge” meeting tonight at the Town Hall Theater. Bainbridge Chamber President John Payne explains:

State Police Investigated a car/pedestrian fatal motor vehicle accident in the Village of McGraw. The collision occurred on State Route 41, the Preliminary Investigation revealed that pedestrians, 80 year old Oniel Lang of McGraw and 24 year old David Tobias of Cincinnatus, were struck by a flatbed truck operated by 29 year old Jonas Whaley of Cincinnatus, when the truck jumped the curb, striking the pedestrians and then another vehicle which was parked on the shoulder of the road. Lang was transported to Cortland Regional Medical Center and then to SUNY Upstate Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. Tobias was transported to Cortland Region Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is continuing.
