State Police at Sidney arrested 23 year old Wesley Crawn & 26 year old Heather Wrench of Sidney, on charges of 1st degree Forgery 1st, & 4th degree conspiracy, following an investigation into counterfeit bills being passed in the Sidney area. Wrench and Crawn were arraigned on the charges and remanded to the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. The investigation also lead to the arrest of 20 year old Natasha Finch of Unadilla, for 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, 4th degree Conspiracy & 3 counts of Petit Larceny. Finch was arraigned and remanded to the Otsego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
