The Cancer Services Program of Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie counties will offer free health screenings to women 40 and older who are uninsured, as the Bassett Cancer Institute’s mobile screening coach will be available today in Sidney. The Bassett screening coach will be set up at the Sidney Great American store parking lot from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, appointments are requested at 1-888-345-0225.

A Red Cross Blood Drive will be held at the Norwich VFW at 61 East Main Street today. Blood donations will be accepted from 1:00 to 6:00 PM, appointments are requested at 1-800-REDCROSS or redcross.org

The Otsego County Health Department will host another free rabies clinic today. The clinic will be held at the Edmeston Town Barn from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, for dogs’ cats & domesticated ferrets. More information is available at 547-4230.
