Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies, arrested 50 year old John  Corley of South Kortright on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Edmeston Court for Petty larceny and 4^th degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.  Corley was turned over to Otsego County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment.

Delaware County Sheriff Deputy’s investigated a 2 vehicle motor vehicle accident on State Highway 10 in the Town of Kortright.  31 year old Robert Palmer of Grand Gorge crossed over a double yellow line and struck the mirror of another motor vehicle traveling south, causing damage to both vehicles. Palmer was issued a summons to appear in the Town of Kortright Court on April 2^nd. No injuries were reported.
