10 people have now been seated on the jury in Schoharie county Court for the 3rd murder trail of Cal Harris. Harris is facing murder charges again for the 2001 murder of his estranged wife Michelle, whose body was never found, Harris was found guilty twice before in Tioga county court, both convictions were overturned on appeal, the third trial was moved to Schoharie county.

Matthew Libous, the son of New York Senator Tom Libous was convicted of tax fraud in U.S. District Court yesterday. Libous was found guilty of 3 counts of subscribing to false tax returns, he could serve 3 to 9 years in prison, he is scheduled to be sentenced on April 29th.
