Chenango County Sheriff’s department arrested 23-year-old Nathan Thurlow of Earlville for 2nd degree Rape, Criminal Sexual Act and Endangering the Welfare of a child.   Thurlow was arrested following a complaint alleging that he engaged in Sexual conduct with a female under the age of 15. Thurlow was arraigned in the Town of Sherburne Court and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash bail.

Chenango County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Maryland man for charges of unlicensed operation and Unlawful possession of marihuana. 44-year-old Robert Mancuso of Pasadena Maryland was arrested following a traffic stop in the Town of Norwich, Deputies found Mancuso to be operating the vehicle with a suspended New York License, & was found to be possession of marihuana. Mancuso was arraigned in the Town of Norwich Court on the listed charges and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail.
