Governor Cuomo announced that those in danger of running out of heating fuel or having their utility service shut off can now apply for a second emergency benefit through HEAP. The additional assistance is being made available after the colder winter weather and additional federal funding awarded to the state. On April 11th Delaware County and SUNY College at Delhi will host the 3rd Annual Energy Symposium, with industry experts, professors and community leaders.
