10 people have been arrested on weapons and other charges following a 2-½ year investigation by the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office. 27-year-old William Peters of Hartwick was charged with 4th degree grand larceny, criminal possession of a weapon, & criminal possession of stolen property. 22-year-old Luke MacCracken of Oneonta is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, criminal sale of a firearm & criminal possession of stolen property.
