35 year old Marlee Rickard of Oneonta was arrested Sunday after fleeing to Pittsfield Massachusetts last month.  Rickard escaped from Police at the time of the arrest of her partner Christopher Root.  Police learned that Rickard returned to the area Saturday & she was taken in into custody Sunday and was charged with 4th degree Conspiracy and 1st degree Criminal nuisance.

35 year old Beth Moore of Deposit was arrested Sunday by the Broome County Sheriff’s department, for allegedly driving the wrong was on State Route 17 & I-81.  Moore stopped after almost colliding head on with a DOT Plow truck, she was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, DWI, Open Container and Improper Entrance of a Controlled Access Highway, and she was released on tickets to return to City of Binghamton court at a later date.

The Chenango county sheriff’s department arrested 21-year-old Cheyenne Greenier of Afton for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.   Greenier was released upon an appearance ticket to later appear in the Village of Afton Court.

The State DOT announced that, guide rail repair will be performed on Interstate 81 southbound between exit 5 Front Street and exit 4 and State Route 17 eastbound from the I-81 northbound split to exit 4 in Binghamton beginning at 9:00 AM today. Motorists will encounter a left lane closure within the work zone.  This work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m., weather permitting.
