The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old William Danielson of oxford, following the attack on a woman in her driveway on Bourbon Street in the Town of Norwich. 39 year old Lucinda Knoll was transported to Wilson Hospital with serious head trauma, Danielson is charged with 2nd degree Attempted Murder & 1st degree Robbery, he was arraigned in Chenango County Court and remanded to the Chenango County jail without bail pending court action January 2nd.  The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who was in the area of Maple Grove Trailer Park around 6:00 AM Friday to call 337-1921 or 337-1863.

Binghamton Police arrested 3 people in connection with a drive-by shooting Last Thursday.  Police responded to 57 Rush Avenue Thursday afternoon to the report of shots fired at an individual on a porch, Friday, police arrested 35 year old James Durham and 35 year old Celene Thompson of Binghamton, and 39 year old Lance Johnson of Johnson City were each charged with 1st degree attempted assault.  No one was injured in Thursday’s attack.

Chenango county deputies arrested 28-year-old Kelly Miliano of Norwich Saturday.  Deputies accuse Miliano of pushing and hitting the victim & kicking a mirror and the 2 officers.  Miliano was charged with 3 counts of 2nd degree harassment, criminal mischief and resisting arrest, and was arraigned & remanded to the Chenango county jail.

Chenango county deputies arrested 49-year-old Terry Chapman of Norwich for Driving While Intoxicated.  Chapman was arrested following an investigation into a Domestic Dispute in the Town of Oxford.  During a subsequent traffic stop in the Town of Norwich, Chapman is accused of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol.  Chapman was taken into custody without incident, processed, and released to appear in the Town of Norwich Court at a later date.
