Chenango County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a 2-car accident on State Route 12 in the town of Oxford last night. 51-year-old Richard Swanson of Staten Island pulled out a driveway into the path of a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Heather Bradley of Binghamton, at around 9:20 last night. Swanson was charged with DWI; Bradley was taken to Wilson hospital with minor injuries.
