The Otsego county Chamber of Commerce will host their 11th annual Chili Bowl Fundraiser this Sunday. The Proceeds will be used for the maintenance of Wilber Mansion, as well as for art scholarships to Carriage House Art Studio. More information is available at can oneonta.org.
